Tonight,

I got 1408 (after I subtracted 500 to lose a lb a week).. Somehow I think that’s wrong.. because I try to eat around 1,200 a day and I’m not losing weight, just maintaining lol 

Sometimes, it’s also a matter of if you need to switch up your exercise because your body’s gotten used to it — that’s what I had to do after like, six months of just staying the same weight, basically.
